Homemade Slime
Learn about polymers by creating your very own batch of colorful, gooey slime. It's science you can play with!
You will need:
- Clear school glue (PVA glue)
- Water
- Liquid starch or contact lens solution with baking soda
- Food coloring (optional)
What you'll need to do:
Step 1
In a bowl, mix half a cup of clear school glue with half a cup of water. Add your favorite food coloring.
Step 2
Slowly stir in a liquid starch solution (or contact lens solution with baking soda) until the slime begins to form. Knead with your hands until it's no longer sticky.
